Participating Restaurants: Starlite Locally owned and operated, Starlite boasts contemporary American cuisine in a refreshing downtown ambiance. Located in the Warehouse District, the historic setting, a sparkling chandelier, white table cloths and natural woods translate to comfortable, yet upscale vibe. From an appetizer of tartare of Hawaiian Walu served with red currant ponzu preserves, to an entree of Tuna Au Poivre with a cognac demiglace, Executive Chef Josh Hine's creativity sensibility for flavor is evident in every dish, coaxing diners' palates toward adventure, celebrating seasonal ingredients in an ever-changing menu for dinner, and introducing a bistro menu for lunch. 10% of the proceeds from the days of paticipation will benefit the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
